I'll bet anything, Trump supporters love this story and picture. Historically, France has a habit of imposing religious authoritarianisms on people. That's why so many migrated here during our colonial days. Now we have four armed French cops imposing a law which legalizes religious discrimination on some hapless Muslim woman! I guess it took four big armed guys to get one little tiny woman to obey religious dictatorship. There you go! Very Trumpster (and Republican) in style and substance.

Looking at the comments attached to this story, written by the Trumpster minions. It looks like French attitudes migrated here with all those people from France who fled religious persecution, long ago. It's sad to see, such small minded thinking, driving an entire political party in America. Of course, I’m talking about the Republican party. Democrats don’t behave like this. If people want to make “America Great Again”, we need to get rid of this kind of attitude.

Who would have ever thought Americans would get upset about somebody practicing their religious beliefs in another country? Then, witness Americans cheer as four armed French cops take the poor woman's clothing off, embarrassing her in public and insulting her religion. This is very much in Trump’s panache, supported by Trumps thugs and toothless supporters. Is this the kind of behavior Americans are cheering for? Something happened to us.

Will we see this in America?  With Trump, you will.

Can Democrats save us from the worst our society has to offer? Or, have Democrats already lost the battle? Even if Hillary wins the 2016 election, the sickness of America will still be present. Hillary cannot cure what’s wrong with America. In fact, a Hillary victory could enflame America’s sickness even more and send all of us over the cliff’s edge. What then? More excuses?

It's the law, right? No recourse for the Muslim woman. What were the cops going to do? Shoot her if she didn't comply? They were sporting a lot of guns. Did they need riot gear to protect them from that dangerous Muslim woman?

Were the cops going to rip her clothes off, in a public style rape conducted by French storm troopers? From the Muslim woman’s point of view, that’s what it would seem like. For a religious Muslim man, killing Frenchmen is his only recourse. America insulted Muslims in Afghanistan and Iraq in the most horrible ways.

Americans not yet born, will die in the future for what G.W. Bush and our military did. That’s how those Muslims are. They never forget. They always get revenge. Frenchmen will be killed because of their religious discrimination.

A lot of fun, right? Trumpsters getting off on the scene as they watch the disgrace of a Muslim woman on You Tube. Very peculiar to say the least. Do we have to go to black or Latino neighborhoods to find America again? Blacks and Latinos don’t root for this kind of stuff. Doesn’t it seem odd that only white people cheer for this kind of behavior?

I can't imagine Trump people getting in control of this country. Read some of the comments attached to this story and tell me you want those people making laws for all of us to follow. It's disgusting and very surprising to see so many Americans behave like Frenchmen.

Today’s Trumpsters also make a person wonder, how many more American values are they willing to trash? Let's see now. All men are not created equal. There is not equal justice under the law. People are guilty before proven innocent. Religious freedom no longer exists. Freedom of the press means nothing.

Round up 12 million Mexicans and throw them out of the country even if their children are American citizens. Breaking up families is perfectly alright. Trash the 14th Amendment with the wave of a wand. Lower people's wages. Force women to have babies they don't want. If someone speaks up against them, administer a good beating. Arm everybody to the teeth and hope everything turns out alright.

Yes, sir! We want Trumpsters in charge of everything. Next thing you know, a mass migration back to France will occur. What goes around, comes around. Right?

Regarding the murders in Nice, France.

Amanpour quoted a French politician as saying,

“Perhaps the most profound reality check came today from French Senator Nathalie Goulet, vice chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee.

She told me "the message of the day is no-one can prevent this. No state of emergency, no police, no special powers."

She said France has done everything it can, thrown as much law enforcement and as many emergency measures at the crisis, and yet it's happened again. She says there is no more secure city than Nice, as both the mayor and the president of the regional council have stepped it up massively with surveillance cameras, facial recognition technology, police -- the works. In Goulet's words, "we are already at maximum security, what more can we do?"

What more can we do? The unthinkable is just around the corner.

Then Amanpour went on to write,

“I do not believe this is about terrorists attacking "our way of life, our values, our freedoms," which Western leaders say as they vow to continue the fight against terrorism. While they lash out at us, they kill many more of their own. This is war by a totalitarian movement that wants to dominate Muslims and anyone else. Surely they have to be defeated; surely it's now or never; surely an offensive equal to the threat must be mounted”?

“Surely an offensive equal to the threat must be mounted”? She is entertaining the idea being spoken of, by the more militant sectors of Western society. Unable to stop senseless murder of civilians in Western Cities, genocide of the Arab world is a distinct possibility.

In American politics, I wouldn’t be surprised to hear Donald Trump threaten genocide if an American city suffers a million deaths. I would venture to say millions of Americans would be in favor of a massive nuclear strike on the Muslim world if America is attacked. Many Americans are in favor of the genocide of Muslims.

Before you accuse me of wanting genocide, hear me out. We are witnessing a movement emanating out of the Muslim world that will eventually kill millions. Right now, their capabilities are limited and they can only kill small numbers in any single atrocity.

However, it should be pretty evident there are Muslim elements working very hard on ways to kill more in the Western world. Unless there is a change of heart by Muslims, they will succeed in killing millions. It is only a matter of time.

When the day comes a terrorist attack wipes out an entire city, killing a million innocent people at one time, genocide will not seem out of the question. If it is proven ISIS is responsible, there is no guarantee Putin will hold back if a Russian city suffers a million or more casualties.

It’s just a matter of time when a city like Paris is obliterated and several million Frenchmen are killed. France will most assuredly entertain the idea of genocide against the Arab world.

During the Cold War, America and Russia were prepared to commit genocide with their nuclear weapons. Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD) prevented the destruction of the human race. It may be necessary for the Muslim world to understand what MAD is all about. If the Muslim world kills millions, they may need to suffer the same.

As long as the terrorist attacks are small in size, the Western world will continue to handle the problem with kid gloves. It won’t be until something really big happens when Westerners take their gloves off and Muslims discover how ruthless Western powers can be.

However, make no mistake about the consequences of relentless murder. The kind of terror attacks we are witnessing today and the potential for much worse in the future will cause the genocide of the Muslim world.

It’s just a matter of time. It’s coming. Prepare to shed tears.

Incidentally, I do not advocate genocide. I just think it is inevitable.

Don’t bother putting the Ten Commandments on the walls of Public Schools. The Commandments speak to things people already know but ignore entirely.

A good example about ignoring the Commandments, is how we ignore one of the Biggies”. “Thou Shalt Not Kill”.

Seems pretty straightforward, don’t you think? I mean, the rule doesn’t say “Thou Shalt Not Kill, with the following exceptions”. Incidentally the original Commandment does not say “Thou Shalt Not Murder”.

Substituting the word “murder” for the word “kill” is just a convenient way for some Christians to justify why they root for war, the Death Penalty and a whole slew of other ways to kill people, without going to Hell. Thou shall not “murder” is a recent addition to American Christian Bibles. It’s how churches in America justify their political agenda to include all kinds of killing. 

            OH! If you don’t think American churches have an agenda, you don’t live in America or you are some kind of blind Christian.

It’s alright to kill people in wars, even if the people you are killing were never a threat to you or your family. It’s not murder. 

            Executing a wounded enemy soldier is alright if the soldier is distressed in some way.  Dropping a bomb on a wedding, killing dozens of women and children is alright because it was collateral damage, not murder. None of this stuff is murder. Murder is wrong. Killing is alright.

If one orders a drone strike, they are telling people several thousand miles away to launch a Hellfire missile, killing a lot of people they don’t know. That’s quite alright, because killing terrorists or combatants and any innocent people around them, is alright. It’s not murder so there is no sin in God’s eyes. Murder is bad, killing is alright. Nobody considers the victims because they are non-believers anyway. You can’t murder a non-believer. You can only kill them.

Take photos from 10,000 feet up in the air, so the killers who launched the missile don’t have to see the faces of the people they just killed. Just ignore what appears to be a lot of small bodies on the ground. That kind of killing is perfectly alright.

After a hard day’s work, the Drone pilot can go home, have dinner with his wife and children, give thanks to Jesus for the great food on the table and Johnny can worship his father as a hero. People in the community can praise the drone pilot and congratulate him for all the people he is killing. High School’s will invite him to speak to all the kids and he will tell them how important it is to kill terrorists and anyone else in the way. The Commandment “Thou Shalt Not Kill”, doesn’t mean a lot to the kids he’s bragging too. Don’t bother putting that Commandment on the wall at that school.

It’s alright to kill if you are executing someone in the United States because the victim’s survivors didn’t have the guts to do the deed themselves. By the way. I have a good solution regarding execution in the United States.

Instead of asking strangers, employed by the state, to perform your act of vengeance (justice?), get someone in the victim’s family to perform the deed directly and in person. For example, if someone has been found guilty of killing a woman’s husband, let the wife kill the guilty party. Lead the aggrieved wife into a room where the guilty party has already been tied to a chair.

After providing training in the use of a firearm, give her a .357 magnum (hollow nosed bullets of course). Don’t blindfold the guilty party. You want the wife to look the murderer in the eyes. Don’t prevent the murderer from speaking. You want the wife to hear the pleas of the person she is about to kill.

You want the wife to enjoy the maximum satisfaction possible while killing someone. After all, it’s not murder. It’s just a killing and the wife is assured she will go to heaven by her friends and the church she goes to.

Be sure her .357 has more than one bullet because that would give her the chance to fire many shots into the murderer’s head. Don’t give the wife more than six bullets though. Any more than that and it’s too big of a mess to clean up. It becomes overkill.

Without any encouragement from anyone employed by the state, or any other member of the victim’s family, allow the wife to walk up to the murderer and splatter his blood and brains all over the floor. If the wife can’t do the deed, let one of the children kill the murderer of their father.

There you go! Both vengeance and justice has been served. The state doesn’t have to kill someone in the name of someone else and the victims get what they want. Everybody feels good about the outcome. News Services can run stories about how brave the wife was and make her a hero. Churches can praise Jesus for a righteous outcome.

If none of the murdered man’s survivors can stomach to kill someone, then incarcerate the killer for the rest of his life. That way, nobody has to pray for the soul of the executioner employed by the state. In America, nobody is forced to be an executioner. A person has to volunteer for the job. A person has to want to kill someone. A person has to have no feelings about killing someone he doesn’t know and have no guilt afterward. However, people who know better, will pray for his soul.

It’s alright to kill someone if someone enters your home without permission. It’s alright to kill someone if a lost person knocks on your door late at night and you get scared. It’s alright for cops to kill unarmed people when they could have easily subdued the person. It’s alright for cops to kill children with a toy gun at a public park.

It’s alright to kill someone at Wal-Mart because they were carrying a BB gun they picked up on the shelf. It’s alright to kill someone if you are walking down the street and get scared because of the way someone looks at you. There are many reasons why it’s alright to kill someone. It’s very handy that nobody calls these things murder anymore.

           No! Don’t bother with the Ten Commandments. They are totally irrelevant. If you want to get better results from the behavior of people in our society, teach good manners and empathy. Start in Kindergarten and don’t stop until the kids graduate from high school.

It will take a full generation before any results can be seen but good manners and empathy will make for a better society than a bunch of useless Commandments. Besides, teaching empathy will make people more considerate and we can sure use more of that.

Another benefit from teaching empathy will be the creation of more Democrats. One of the distinguishing differences between Democrats and Republicans is that Democrats have empathy, Republicans don’t. Democrats think of people other than themselves, Republicans think only about themselves.

Does anyone consider the legitimate biblical notion that a person is not life until its first breath? I mean, the Bible does say that, right? You, claiming murder, when the person is not yet a life is really too much. I'm reading the Bible and it doesn't mince words. People become life at first breath. That is what the Bible says, right?

I have a legitimate belief, religious in nature, telling me your interpretation that life begins in the womb, is wrong. You are flat wrong because my interpretation is better than yours. Read the Bible. Why do you make criminals of people, who hold strong religious beliefs, different than yours?

Are you people religious dictators? What makes you think you are so right and I am so wrong. You don't respect my religion? Is my religion not worth consideration? I respect your opinion which says life begins with the first erection. Why don't you respect my beliefs? My opinion is as good as yours.

If you choose, when your little daughter gets pregnant, tie her up, lock her in her bedroom and make her have the baby. That’s your business. That is, until the sheriff shows up. Put a guard on her door. Escort her to the bathroom (make sure she doesn't have a coat hanger on her) and lead her back to her locked room. You don't want her escaping and getting an abortion.

Daddy, when she takes a bath, be sure to inspect her naked body and make sure she doesn't have anything to induce a self-inflicted abortion. Of course, you will have to inspect all her cavities. That wouldn’t be perverted, would it?. After all you are protecting your daughter and her unborn child, for her own good. Your wife can help and make it a family affair.

After you have made your white daughter have the baby, don't take your daughter to church without a father, especially if the child is brown. Oh my God, what would your perfect little Christian buddies say? Of course, you can do what a lot of your pro-life cousins do. You could secretly get an abortion for your daughter. Just don’t tell the church congregation. Be sure to protest at the next abortion clinic as soon as possible, in order to make amends with Jesus.

Of course, if the child is brown, you can always take the child from your traumatized daughter, dump the kid off at an orphanage, forget the embarrassing little heathen ever existed and convince your daughter she doesn’t have to feel bad about not caring for her unwanted child. You know, the child you really didn't want. Your beliefs are probably the root cause of why your daughter wanted to abort the child, in the first place. 

An added benefit would be that you won’t have to ever babysit the child who is such an embarrassment to you. My God, you could never invite friends over for dinner and ask them to eat dinner with someone who looks like Obama.

Later on you can vote for someone who will deny funds for food and medical care for your unwanted child. That way, your little half breed granddaughter/son can suffer all its life. The bottom line? It's the unwanted child's fault for even being born. Don't forget to cut off funds for housing.

If your little unwanted child grows up a little pissed off at you and the orphanage, then breaks into your house killing you, I'm sure Jesus will take you into his pure white flock and give you a place to rest. Somewhere next to a lion that isn’t very hungry, I'm sure.

All this because you think your religion is better than mine? We don't pray to the same God.

          Chopping off heads! Waterboarding! Torture! Executing prisoners of war! Slaughtering children! It all falls under the same classification. It all demonstrates what cowards do. Cowards kill helpless people. Cowards torture tied up people who can’t defend themselves.

         Cowards drop bombs, killing women and children when there is no chance for their victims to defend themselves. Cowards set off vest bombs on unsuspecting crowds of people. Cowards use automatic weapons on crowds of unarmed people. 

         Cowards walk into a convenience store and kill unarmed clerks. Cowards, wearing police uniforms, kill unarmed people because they are afraid. Cowards fly around in helicopters killing everyone they see only because they can and they fear no retribution.

         Cowards, afraid of their own shadow, only kill when they feel safe and they know there is no chance of them being killed. Cowards are always the last people to torture, if their victim can fight back. They confuse their vindictive and sick behavior with courage. In the presence of truly brave men, cowards shrink in relevance.

         Men like Trump and Cruz are the worst kind of coward. Cowards who do the actual deed of torture, pale in comparison to the cowardice of those who order it. George Bush and Dick Cheney are the ultimate cowards. Trump and Cruz, demonstrating their lack of manhood, are nothing more than the worst kind of coward.

         Both Trump and Cruz would order others to do what they lack the courage to do. Just the act of bragging how they would torture and murder should put them in jail. The world and many innocent victims, would be better off if these two men were locked up preventing them from enacting their particular sickness on the human race.

        People sitting in their comfortable homes bragging how they would torture and kill are the lowest form of human being as well. Supporting torture and murder makes one a despicable human being. If there is a God in Heaven, they will all rot in Hell.

         Many of these would be cowards, pray to Jesus every Sunday. They clap and cheer when Trump and Cruz talk big and promise to torture and murder. Because they support such despicable men, they render their belief in God mute. Because they support such men, they pray not to Jesus but to a false God and will surely burn in Hell.

         I could never sit at a table and break bread with someone I knew had tortured. People like that make me sick to my stomach. When I see Trump and Cruz on the news, I turn them off because they represent the very worst mankind has to offer. I can’t imagine normal people voting for those cowardly criminals.

Hurray! Now I can discriminate according to my religious beliefs (sic). Please Hillary, Stop this!

My comment:
          Many of our courts sustain discrimination and fail to enforce equal protection under the law. In other words, part of the American dream is dying right before our eyes. Discrimination, religious or otherwise, defeats the American dream.

         When a government (State or Federal) won't protect the rights of tax paying citizens, there is a problem brewing in the land. When the courts sustain discrimination against any group of people in this country, there is a big problem and the nation is changing for the worse.

          The NRA talks about a slippery slope regarding their rights. The same principal applies on this issue. When government allows discrimination based on a religious view, Pandora's box has just opened up. Give religion an opening and they will seek other laws based on their religious point of view. Historically, this has always been true.

          What's to keep people from discriminating against mixed racial couples because of strongly held religious beliefs? Under new rules allowing strongly held religious convictions, anyone can be discriminated against for any reason.

          All one has to say is, "that's against my religion". Pandora's box has been opened. You can’t allow one form of discrimination today, based on religion, then deny further prejudice in the future. Once religious restrictions are allowed, anything is possible in the future. If the courts uphold legalized discrimination, you have a fundamental change in the personality of our nation.

          As you may be able to tell, I have very little regard for Christians. Especially fundamentalists. What if I had a public restroom at my place of business and I put up a sign saying, "Fundamentalist Christians are not allowed to use my public restroom". I don’t like that kind of Christian and I don’t want them to take a crap in my commode defiling my plumbing. Under new "Religious Freedom Laws", the courts will be compelled to uphold my strongly held religious beliefs.

         If I own a public bakery, licensed by the government, and I refuse to make a wedding cake for a Christian ceremony, then with these new laws i should be allowed to discriminate. My religion thinks Christians are Satanic and participating in a Christian wedding ceremony only helps those despicable people propagate, creating filthy Christians and problems in the future.

         Under these new laws, my strongly held religious beliefs would be protected by the government and sustained by the courts. You may say, "nooooo, that won't happen". But, you don't really know, do you? You let religion get involved with government and anything can happen. It's just a historical fact.

I know this is awful to say. but it needs saying. "Cruz is a Fundamentalist Christian who thinks any Jew who doesn't convert to Christianity is going to Hell."

Jews don't think Jesus is Lord. Jews don't think you have to be Saved in order to go to heaven. Jews don't think Jesus is the Son of God. Most normal Americans pay no attention to these religious differences. After all, this is America and all religions have equal validity. However, Ted Cruz’s America is not normal. In Ted Cruz’s world, Jews are no better than Muslims.

Notions of Religious Superiority practiced by the Ted Cruz faction of Christianity are not a secret. All of us, in our daily lives, are subject to finger pointing and claims that we will burn in Hell if we don’t fall in line with Christian Fundamentalism. Jews, Catholics, Muslims, Atheists and anyone not subscribing to the “Jesus is Lord” definition is considered inferior and unworthy of sitting in the presence of God.

That’s why, when a pompous religious man like Ted Cruz, goes among a group of non-Christians begging for support and money, the scene is especially egregious. Aside from racial supremacy, religious superiority ranks among the most destructive elements practiced by mankind.

Jews, accepting the presence of Ted Cruz among them, is a complete betrayal of their people and their religion. When Ted Cruz speaks to non-Christians, he does so believing everyone in the audience is going to Hell. Before they slither into Hell, Ted Cruz wants their vote and their money.

Any Jew, stupid enough to support Ted Cruz, deserves what they get. Personally, I could never support someone who looks on me as some inferior bug whose only function is to give him money. After that, I can go to Hell. 

Isn't that what Cruz is saying? Give me your money, then go to Hell! Is it just me or is there something wrong with Ted Cruz talking to a bunch of Jews?

My comment:
          Let's hope reasonable people like Hillary, are in charge if something big happens. When the Cuban Missile Crises occurred, can you just imagine the outcome if someone like Trump were in charge? Fortunately, we had John F. Kennedy calling the shots and mankind was saved.

         Big events require big people and Business people with no governmental experience won't cut the mustard. In a crises, you want someone like Hillary because her experience and wisdom could very well save mankind, the way Kennedy did.

          Inch by inch, Muslim terrorists are creeping closer to a terror attack that will kill hundreds of thousands. It's inevitable. It's the world we live in today. Terrorists will keep killing indiscriminately and much of the killing will come from the Muslim world. One day, a terror attack will stop the world’s heart. Then, the world will stop the hearts of Muslims.

          I’ll bet there are some people in Brussels who are ready for a genocide of the Muslim world. People who have lost loved ones. People like Trump exist in all Western Countries and they are willing to kill everyone in order to solve the problem. Don’t misconstrue what I am saying. I don’t advocate genocide but there are plenty who do.

         Terrorism has become a problem I have no answer for. Self preservation says to deal with the problem and it is either kill or be killed. When in Vietnam, if a North Vietnamese soldier came upon you in the night, with the intent to kill you, gun blazing, the answer was simple. You pulled the trigger. But don't think you will not regret what you did later. If you are normal, taking a life in combat is no simple matter. It stays with you all your life. Even with all the excuses.
       
          Normal people would prefer not killing someone. It's the kind of business you never forget and as one gets older, the deed weighs heavily on your mind. With age, the memory is more pronounced. I have found most people don't understand what I'm saying about this. That's why there are new wars, generation after generation.

          There were a few sick Americans in the Nam who did enjoy killing but we normal people, stayed away from that kind of individual. You didn't want to make friends with that sort. You knew there was something fundamentally wrong with people who seemed to like killing people and bragged about it. That's probably why I stay away from Christian Churches today.

          While G.W. Bush and his military were killing all those innocent people in Afghanistan and Iraq, American Christians were bragging and boasting about all the death being wrought and rooting for more. I stay away from Christians now, for the same reason I avoided deranged individuals in the Nam. I can't put my finger on it exactly, but American Christians went wrong somewhere along the way. Is it just American Christians?

         However, slowly, but ever so assuredly, the Muslim world will bring about the big one. I can imagine the French using nuclear weapons to extinguish the problem if Paris is obliterated and there are a few million dead Frenchmen.          The day is coming when something horrible is going to happen and some world leader will do something even worse. The mentality for genocide exists all over the world. That mentality is very strong in America. Going by the rhetoric spewing out of the mouths of some politicians in America, genocide is not out of the question.

          There is nothing wonderful about the American people anymore. Just look at our politics and you will come away disgusted. All one can hope for is that someone like Hillary will take the helm and temporarily stem the tide of American insanity. There can be nothing worse than a bunch of Christians armed to the teeth wanting vengeance against a non- Christian culture. It’s happened before and will happen again. Trump is currently sucking up to them.

          What do you think? If a guy like Trump orders US missile crews to push the button, causing the death of millions of innocent Muslims, will those crews push the button? That was a big question during the Cold War as well. Will the annihilation of an American city bring about mass murder of the Muslim world?

          Probably! Especially if some big talker, on an ego trip like Trump, is in charge. Ted Cruz and his Dominionist ideas would not hesitate to slaughter millions of non-believers. His kind have a history of genocide. Just ask Blacks and Indians. It certainly would be true of Putin and the Russians. Afterall, America is getting to look a lot like Russia. Especially if that chicken hawk Donald Trump gets elected..

My comment:

Same old story. Normalizing relations with Cuba is a good thing. Exposing them to American ideas is good. Showing them American ways is good. Ultimately, our way of life will prevail. Communism will be gone and Cuba can be a great place to go on vacation again. Among the many good things coming from Cuba we will get more great baseball players. All good! It took someone like Obama to do it. We can expect more good things to come from Hillary.

However, in the minds of many sick people in America (Trumpsters?), none of this is good. They prefer conflict. They want to unleash our military on Cuba and level all their buildings. They want at least a 100,000 men, women and children dead. 

Bush really enjoyed this.

They want all Cuban hospitals (filled with patients) demolished and their entire infrastructure destroyed, just like Iraq. They prefer a President taking personal pleasure in the hanging of Cuba's Communist leader. Did you see Bush when Saddam got hanged? Bush really enjoyed that.

That way another 100,000 people over the next ten years can die from lack of medical care and clean water. We can duplicate the wonderful success we had in Iraq. It will be another opportunity to brag about how wonderful we are. Sorry, just telling the truth here.

In our churches we can all sing praise to Jesus and make hero’s out of the people doing all the killing. Golden tongued pontificators can tell their congregations how there is no sin in killing those low class Hispanics and black people who mistakenly live in Cuba.  After all, because they aren’t white there is no sin in killing undesirables. It’s the “Old Sin Nature” theme which has made a comeback in America.

We could install a corrupt corporate run government the way we did in Iraq and steal from Cubans and American tax payers alike. Before long the Cubans will be kicking us out of their country the way the Iraq’s did and we’ll be right back to the way we were before we decided to save Cuba. We can do to Cuba what Bush did to Iraq and then boast about it. Now that's how you make friends, right?

I for one, prefer Obama's way. I totally reject the sycophant way. People supporting the likes of Trump want to kill everyone and I consider those people part of the sickness of America. That's part of what this coming election is about. It's between normal people and sick people. It's very simple Jack! Normal vs sick! If you ask me, this coming election is a good opportunity to see just how many sick people we have in America. It could be an eye opener.

My Comment:
          I'll bet the 36% that disapprove of Merrick Garland’s Supreme Court Nomination are Republicans. One of the symptoms, indigenous to Republicans, is their inability to understand "walk in someone else's shoes". If those shoes were on Republican feet, they would be screaming very loud right now. Can you imagine if Democrats were holding up a Supreme Court appointment by a Republican President, how much they would be crying?

          Another symptom of a Democrat versus a Republican is the amount of empathy one possesses.Democrats have empathy, Republican don’t. Democrats think about people other than themselves, Republicans don’t. Democrats would have confirmation hearings because it doesn’t occur to them to be self-centered hypocrites. “Do onto others as you would have done onto you” is practiced most by Democrats. That’s a philosophy which has escaped Republicans these days.

          Forget about displaying the Ten Commandments in public schools. Teach empathy and good manners and you will create a bunch of Democrats in the future. As soon as people start thinking of someone other than themselves, they start flirting with the Democrat Party. Empathy and good manners is more acceptable than the Ten Commandments because of the non-secular nature of empathy and good manners. It would also get better results.

          We are confronted with a political party suffering from a persecution complex, delusions of grandeur and a lack of empathy. In other words, they think everyone is persecuting them and they are better than everyone else. They could care less about anyone but themselves. It's called paranoia and when an individual suffers from the malady, it is very difficult to cure.

          When an entire segment of society suffers from social paranoia, bad things happen (like Germany for example). It is very difficult to cure society of social paranoia. It’s very difficult trying to convince people the boogie man is not chasing them and they are not smarter or better than you. Especially if they think you are the boogie man.

          That’s why you can’t talk to Republicans. It’s difficult to make a point with people who think they are better than you and believe with all their heart you are persecuting them. Have you ever noticed when talking to a paranoid Republican the conversation soon turns into them yelling very loudly, they won’t let you finish a sentence and they start calling you names?

          They immediately believe you are attacking them and how dare you attack them when you are inferior to them. This is especially true if they also enjoy a notion of religious superiority over you. There are all kinds of superiority beliefs. Racial and gender superiority are well known and come to mind.

          People don’t talk much about the most insidious version of superiority, religious superiority. America suffers a lot from delusions of grandeur practiced by fundamentalist Christians. It’s an old notion which has surfaced once again after a long dormant period on our shores.

          Earlier in our history, Indians and blacks suffered terribly at the hands of a Christian movement

thinking white Christians in particular were superior to other races and ethnic people. “The only good Indian was a dead Indian”. Our original Constitution thought Black human beings were only 2/3’s human. Manifest Destiny said all of North America belonged to whites only. All these notions were based on a belief in Christian Superiority.

          Something disastrous has to occur, as a result of social paranoia, before society corrects itself. Germany being pulverized during WWII, pretty much knocked delusions of grandeur out of the German people. America will need to suffer much more than they do today and be humiliated to a greater extent before social paranoia is eliminated.

          Before a disaster makes Americans humble once again we will experience many more years of Trumpster supporters. That is what we are witnessing with Trump, isn’t it? Large numbers of white people afraid of their own shadows and believing they are superior ethnically, racially, sexually and religiously. The driving force behind Donald Trump is white paranoia. Donald Trump has become a master of exploiting paranoia.

          Can the social paranoia plaguing America be cured with the election of a Democrat for POTUS? No, not likely. The sickness of large American segments of our population has been allowed to grow and fester. It’s at the point where very radical action becomes necessary for the cure. Democrats are not willing to do what it takes. Obama wasn’t willing to prosecute war criminals or Wall Street thieves. The cure for America will take someone stronger than Obama.

          I dread what will come of us. It’s not going to be very pretty in the future.

First and foremost, like his father, Cruz is a Dominionist. He doesn't come out and say so because of the divisive nature of the philosophy but the notion of Dominionsm explains much of what Ted Cruz is about. If you ask Cruz directly if he is a Dominionist, he will deny it for political reasons.

"Dominionism" generally describes the belief that Christians are biblically mandated to control all earthly institutions until the second coming of Jesus (from an article published by the Huffington post). Ted Cruz is more than likely a follower of the New

Apostolic Reformation, which advocates for Christians to "reclaim the seven mountains of culture": government, religion, media, family, business, education, and arts and entertainment.

One of the striking personality characteristics of Dominionists is that they believe they are mandated by God to control everything, for the good of the non-believers. Because God guides them, mechanisms installed by government allowing people to vote and determine how they will live are deemed irrelevant. A Dominionist knows more than the people.

A Dominionist is, after all, guided by God and any political movement contrary to their perceived notion of what God wants, means nothing to them. In other words, voting only has meaning to the Dominionist if it gives him the power to enable his perception of what God wants. Once in office, he is free to do as he pleases as long as he thinks that is what God wants.

When Cruz shutdown the government costing American taxpayers 23 billion dollars, he was not concerned at all. He knew best because whatever he did was guided by God and to heck with the damage he caused to Republicans and Democrats alike.

Cruz is immune to criticism from people even in his own party. He is after all; a tool being used by God to save mankind. This notion is widely believed in Christian America. The growth of Christian Superiority has grown immensely in America just in the last twenty years.

The belief that only those who think “Jesus is Lord” or have been “Saved” can go to heaven, is as strong a notion of superiority as any practiced in the history of man. If you do not have those same beliefs, you are going to Hell according to many Americans. If you are destined for Hell, Christians are free to do as they please to you. Anything at all, including execution. Just ask Blacks and Indians what they think about religious superiority. 

Delusions of grandeur is rampant within American religious culture. It explains white only Christian schools. Religious superiority is the reason for all white only church congregations. The exception being, if people of color are obedient “Oreos”, they can participate.

Incidentally, in America, religious superiority is the exclusive property of white Americans. People of color in America do not practice delusions of grandeur. It is the combination of Cruz's belief he is superior, others not like him are inferior and going to Hell and rampant racism, which makes Cruz so popular in white America.

Cruz will never admit his beliefs but Christian White America loves him because of his beliefs. After all, millions of white Americans, feel superior to the rest of us. Cruz has tapped into the underground racist and religious beliefs of many Americans. It explains his popularity.
