My comment:

All you legal geniuses out there proclaiming Obama broke the law with his executive orders are part of that "guilty before proven innocent" crowd. You people have no basis for your declarations.

If anyone thinks the Republican Congress went easy on Obama and let him break the law, needs to get ahold of reality. If Obama had broken any laws, the Republicans would have been all over him. He broke no laws despite all your pitiful attempts to make up law and tell lies.

This is how it is, Trump nitwits. Obama's Executive Orders were legal under the Constitution. The lack of any legal action by Republicans is proof of that. People proclaiming Obama broke laws are only repeating the lies of the ignorant and un-American pontificators they listen too.

The truth is, Obama issued fewer Executive Orders than any other modern president. About half as many as G.W. Bush. Trump has the authority to rescind Obama’s Executive action but his efforts will only hurt people. 

Say what you will, Obama’s Executive actions were designed to help people. Trump's Executive orders will only damage people.

Going out of his way to injure people seems like a Trump thing to do.  I wonder what dark shadow all you legal beagles will crawl out from when you see all the executive orders the dictator Donald Trump issues in the near future. Will you cry that he is breaking the law when he harms millions of people, violates civil liberties and generally trashes the Constitution? Probably not. The people that put him in power, are worse than Trump.

All of us can hardly wait to see the Executive Orders of a man who is a sexual predator, a child rapist, a misogynist and a religious bigot who takes advice from a neo-Nazi. Trump has spent his life cheating and stealing from people. The problem, of course, is that the people who put Trump in power, will cheer everything he does, even if repealing Obama Care kills their own mother.

Yea, Trump is bad. However, the people who put him in power are much worse. You reap what you sow, “dung for brains”. Democrats will have a lot of work to do, repairing the damage you and Trump have done. From the looks of his coming administration, it seems trump is hiring every village idiot he can put his hands on. I can hardly wait to see Donald Trump’s Executive Orders. Knowing what kind of people Trump supporters are, I’m sure you will be very proud.

With the poles for the coming election being evenly split between Clinton and Trump, one could easily indict the American people for having lost their way. True, it is very presumptuous of me. I was taught from a very early age to always trust the American people’s judgement regarding their choice on who will lead the nation. That is until recent results.

Because the American people re-elected an incompetent War Criminal for a second term, (G.W.) it means they are capable of electing a name calling businessman who built his fortune on how many people he could screw. The American people can no longer be trusted. One cannot have confidence the American people will make the right choice any longer.

Perhaps Hillary isn't an angel but she is a lot cleaner than an inexperienced thief who has no Constitutional solutions. There are people commenting today, still claiming Hillary killed four embassy personnel in Benghazi even though Republican Investigative committees have cleared her name.

All those legal beagles making false claims and supporting a liar and thief like Trump, tells you everything you need to know, about the state of mind among Americans. Trump is a proven thief and has been ruled a thief in many law suites. Hillary on the other hand has never been convicted of anything, ever. After all the false attacks through the years, it's amazing she is so clean.

If Trump is elected POTUS, chances are good he will be declared guilty of several court matters working their way through the system as we speak. It will be a fun story watching the President testify in defense of all the money he stole with Trump University. There is a child molestation and rape case proceeding through the courts and if Trump becomes President, those cases will continue.

There may be more little girls coming forward after Trump becomes Prez. His involvement with the Mafia and his Casinos will come forward. It's too juicy a subject to ignore. Trump, mafia, drugs, pornography, child molestation and murder go hand in hand.

I wonder who is the biggest sleaze ball. A man who murdered half a million people or a dirt bag affiliated with the Mafia who spent his entire career stealing money from people? My money says G.W. is worse. But then again, a crooked lying thief seems popular among Republicans today.

Liars supporting a liar. That's what half the country has become. Republicans supported a murdering War Criminal for years. They still make excuses for a man destined to go to Hell. People capable of supporting a War Criminal will also support a worthless human being like Donald Trump. Nobody has taken responsibility for the murder Bush brought about. Those same people will make excuses for a rapist Mafia criminal, who steals money from people, making very bad decisions. This phenomenon truly is an indictment of the American people.

We are already spending more on defense than the next ten countries combined. Our defense spending is bankrupting our country. You don’t hear many people put it like that, do you? In fact, I have not heard a Democrat or a Republican say, “the Department of Defense is bankrupting America”.

As an example, our military has successfully scared the American public into thinking Russia is an immense threat to the United States and therefore we need to spend more money on our Military Industrial Complex. Nothing could be further from the truth and yet propaganda is winning the day with the American public.

Judging by the infographic published by RIA Novosti (with reference to the IHS Jane's), Russian expenditures on military went down to fourth place in the world. Behind the US (569,3 billion), China (190,9 billion), UK (66,5 billion dollars). Please keep in mind, 569,3 billion spent by American taxpayers, is just for the Department of Defense (DOD). Throw in another 100 billion for our intelligence agencies and you have a whopping 659 billion being funneled to our national defense.

Taking into account just the spending for military items, the United States could defend itself, as well as Russia does, by spending around 516 billion dollars less per year, than it does now!

If anyone is keeping count, that’s 5.1 trillion dollars over a ten-year period to fix what is wrong with this country. Instead, it is going down a black hole called the Military Industrial Complex. With the approval of propagandized American people, the profiteers are getting away with it.

We are much too busy meddling in the affairs of other countries. Education, infrastructure and our social fabric is disintegrating before our eyes and these ex-military leaders want more money. People have very short memories regarding the collapse of the old Soviet Union.

The truth is, the old Soviet Union spent too much money on their military. Instead of building roads, enabling the movement of raw materials and finished goods to move from one area of their country to another, they built missiles. They ignored their infrastructure, among many things and ultimately, they collapsed. The United States is making the same mistake the soviets made and eventually, we too will collapse.

Half our nation “worships” the military in an abnormal way. Half our nation would rather have a new fighter jet than to see our hungry children fed. We are talking about Republicans right? Republicans would rather see 50,000 Americans die each year from lack of health care, just so they can have a few more tanks. Now, we have a bunch of ex-military leaders, wanting even more suffering by the people, so they can have more weapons.

The Intelligence Agencies can't find their ass with both hands in the dark and the the military has to spend millions of dollars for every individual terrorist they kill. We are bankrupting our nation fighting a shadow. An enemy like the old Soviet Union no longer exists. Republican shadowboxers are consuming our nation’s wealth. Americans are suffering and dying in order to feed the greed of the military industrial complex.

At least in the past, we had a real threat confronting us. 10,000 Russian nuclear missiles aimed at America was far more serious than a bunch of pissed off Muslims living in sand castles armed with nothing more than their rifles.

Our bridges are falling down, our roads are un-drivable, our kids are not getting educated or fed and the re-education of our workforce is not taking place. As our nation suffers from a lack of our most basic needs, these military intellects want to spend even more money chasing shadows they have created, in order to enrich their own personal wealth.

What's really sad is that millions of thoughtless Americans fall for the propaganda every time. They will elect yet another warmonger for President, to the detriment of their own wellbeing. If anybody wonders if propaganda works, all one needs to do is to look at the American public for confirmation.

Trump could win this next election simply because the American people got maneuvered by propaganda once again. The Military Industrial Complex will bankrupt our nation just like it did to the old Soviet Union.

Plans like this can't work because the real problem is not addressed. Educational institutions operated for profit, cannot be publicly funded. There are not enough taxpayer dollars to educate people and pay the profits of corporations' intent on maximizing dividends for shareholders.

Even so called State Universities, are operated with profit as their goal. Just ask any student who buys books at a State University. Our education system is geared up for profit. The education of people is secondary. That's why it's impossible to flunk out of college. Just pay the fees and you can go to college forever.

Capitalism is the worst economic system in the world, except for all the others. Free enterprise stimulates innovation and provides individuals the incentive to excel. No other economic system works as well.

However, Capitalism requires regulation or it morphs into the absolute worst economic system. Fascism, driven by monopoly, controlling the outcome of legislation designed to maximize the profits of the few, at the expense of the many, is the product of unregulated Capitalism. The natural outcome of uncontrolled Capitalism, is Fascism.

Our education system is but one example of the common good of the people being diminished by the need for profit. Obama Care was a good idea until they allowed corporations to profit from the suffering of people. Private insurance companies were allowed to continue profiteering while in collusion with the for profit health care system. When the "single payer" solution was defeated as well as the "public option", Obama Care was doomed from the beginning.

Utility companies profit from providing the necessities of life. States mandate auto insurance then turn over the profits to private corporations who lobbied for the requirement in the first place.

Universities are not the only educational institutions suffering from profiteering. Many elementary school districts in our country are underfunded because states now allow taxpayer money to be diverted from the public education system to the for profit educational system. Many of those taxpayer dollars are used to fund general church operations.

Keep Capitalism but allow government to operate the commons. The commons would be any requirement mandated by law. Auto insurance should be run by the government. Utilities are a necessity of life and should be run by the government. Not for profit, but for the good of the people.

Telephone service, roads, hospitals, education, airlines, trains, bus systems, education, healthcare, flood insurance, all utilities, prison systems and many more, are part of the commons. The commons are those things society must have to exist. The needs of society should not be profited from, for the good of the few. Capitalistic monopolies should not enrich themselves while diminishing the common needs of the many.

Removing the profit motive from education and providing education at cost plus maintenance, is what the people need. Capitalistic education is not working. Profit driven education systems will never work as long as profit is more important than education. 

The profit motive is destroying our education system in the same way the profit motive destroyed our healthcare system.

I don't understand why people cheer for the defeat of Obamacare when there is no replacement. Why is this ruling a win for Republicans? Do Republicans have a better plan? I have not heard of anything. Have you?

Do Republicans enjoy Americans dying because they don't have medical care? Apparently they don't care about fellow Americans very much. A lot of those dead Americans are veterans who

have fallen on hard times. Not all Veterans can get to a VA. No health care? They just die.

Do Republicans like people with Health Insurance going bankrupt when little Johnny breaks an arm and they find out their insurance policy was worthless? Republicans can cheer for the day Insurance Companies take your money and sell worthless policies again. Sounds like another win for Republicans.

I guess when Republicans demand people take personal responsibility for everything they do, their demand doesn't include paying their medical bills. There are a lot of deadbeats who can afford health Insurance but don't bother to get it. When they have an emergency, they run down to the emergency room, get fixed up and make everyone else pay their bill. Letting people do this is a big win for
Republicans?

Another big win for Republicans is throwing young people off their parents Health Insurance. Republicans can root and cheer about taking insurance away from millions of young people and make them get free medical care we all get to pay for. Now that's a big win for Republicans, don't you think?

I would call this ruling a victory for Republicans, if they had a better plan and evil Obama was preventing a better plan from being implemented. If that were the case, I would be the first to say dump that horrible Obamacare plan. I would love Republicans if all their geniuses could come up with something better.

Seems as though there is a shortage of Republican geniuses. Until a single smart Republican shows his face and offers something better, I think I'll stick with something that is working. In the meantime, will someone explain to me how this ruling is a victory for Republicans? Cheering for dead Americans doesn't look like victory.

Does anyone consider the legitimate biblical notion that a person is not life until its first breath? I mean, the Bible does say that, right? You, claiming murder, when the person is not yet a life is really too much. I'm reading the Bible and it doesn't mince words. People become life at first breath. That is what the Bible says, right?

I have a legitimate belief, religious in nature, telling me your interpretation that life begins in the womb, is wrong. You are flat wrong because my interpretation is better than yours. Read the Bible. Why do you make criminals of people, who hold strong religious beliefs, different than yours?

Are you people religious dictators? What makes you think you are so right and I am so wrong. You don't respect my religion? Is my religion not worth consideration? I respect your opinion which says life begins with the first erection. Why don't you respect my beliefs? My opinion is as good as yours.

If you choose, when your little daughter gets pregnant, tie her up, lock her in her bedroom and make her have the baby. That’s your business. That is, until the sheriff shows up. Put a guard on her door. Escort her to the bathroom (make sure she doesn't have a coat hanger on her) and lead her back to her locked room. You don't want her escaping and getting an abortion.

Daddy, when she takes a bath, be sure to inspect her naked body and make sure she doesn't have anything to induce a self-inflicted abortion. Of course, you will have to inspect all her cavities. That wouldn’t be perverted, would it?. After all you are protecting your daughter and her unborn child, for her own good. Your wife can help and make it a family affair.

After you have made your white daughter have the baby, don't take your daughter to church without a father, especially if the child is brown. Oh my God, what would your perfect little Christian buddies say? Of course, you can do what a lot of your pro-life cousins do. You could secretly get an abortion for your daughter. Just don’t tell the church congregation. Be sure to protest at the next abortion clinic as soon as possible, in order to make amends with Jesus.

Of course, if the child is brown, you can always take the child from your traumatized daughter, dump the kid off at an orphanage, forget the embarrassing little heathen ever existed and convince your daughter she doesn’t have to feel bad about not caring for her unwanted child. You know, the child you really didn't want. Your beliefs are probably the root cause of why your daughter wanted to abort the child, in the first place. 

An added benefit would be that you won’t have to ever babysit the child who is such an embarrassment to you. My God, you could never invite friends over for dinner and ask them to eat dinner with someone who looks like Obama.

Later on you can vote for someone who will deny funds for food and medical care for your unwanted child. That way, your little half breed granddaughter/son can suffer all its life. The bottom line? It's the unwanted child's fault for even being born. Don't forget to cut off funds for housing.

If your little unwanted child grows up a little pissed off at you and the orphanage, then breaks into your house killing you, I'm sure Jesus will take you into his pure white flock and give you a place to rest. Somewhere next to a lion that isn’t very hungry, I'm sure.

All this because you think your religion is better than mine? We don't pray to the same God.

Take off the gloves. The differences are very clear between the parties for the coming election. Mobilize those who are threatened with the loss of their health care. Register people who are threatened and do everything to get them to the polls.

In Wisconsin, Speaker Ryan is rejoicing at the prospect of denying 260,000 constituents of their health care. This will result in the deaths of several thousand Wisconsin citizens dying from lack of medical services. Mobilize, register and vote Paul Ryan out of office.

The central focus should be how many Americans will die if Obamacare is repealed. Republicans have been promising a better plan since the ACA was made law. However, they have failed to produce a replacement and you can bet the barn if they do come up with an alternative plan, it will benefit their rich donors and the American people will suffer.

The lines are drawn. Each parties position is clear. An election is coming and the people must vote for their own protection. If Obamacare is repealed, more people will die from lack of health care in the next ten years than all our casualties fighting the war on terror, combined.

The coming election will be a matter of life and death for many Americans.

The need for Universal Health Care has not diminished. Skyrocketing costs of Health Care was not alleviated with Obamacare. Health Care for profit is still the overriding problem plaguing Health Care in the US. Allowing private corporations to continue profiting from people's desolation was a fundamental error when Obamacare was signed into law.

There is not a single successful Universal Health Care program in the world, operated by corporations’ intent on maximizing dividends for stockholders. The same can be said in many other areas as well.

Schools for profit, prisons for profit, utilities for profit, mandated auto insurance, are all examples of services provided to the people by embezzlers at higher costs than if government ran those necessary programs. Obamacare was doomed to failure from the moment profit for corporations was written into the law.

School, prisons, utilities, insurance, Veterans Services, Social Security and Health Care are all part of the "Commons". To insure domestic tranquility and provide for the common good, the "Commons" must be run by government. The “Commons” should not be sold to the highest bidder.

Turning over the "Commons" to profiteering corporations whose sole purpose is to exploit profits for its shareholders, with no regard for the common good, can only lead to disappointment. Profiteering from the necessities of life is the source of much malcontent among the people.

My Comment:

Nobody cheers for Bush's injury. If they do, something is wrong with that person. Unless of course, they seek vengeance and that mindset has its own folly. It is hoped someone as old as the Senior Bush will ease on to the afterlife with as little suffering as possible. Isn't that a universal wish for all people?

However, many people may not have the same thoughts. I would venture to say there are many people around the world who wish for the most painful and horrible death our past President can experience. If you had a child killed by the senior Bush, because of his decisions, you may not have a lot of sympathy for George H.W. Bush.

If you are a relative of the 6,000 Panamanians inside those collapsed apartment buildings our military took out, you may not be so kind towards Bush senior. After all, they all died so Bush could keep Noriega from spilling the beans about those drugs Oliver North and he sold on American streets in order fund illegal activities.

Some people say that as a result of the first Golf War, half a million Iraqi's died from all the carpet-bombing and embargoes resulting in starvation and lack of medical supplies. If you are an Iraqi mother who lost her newborn child because there were no medical supplies, you might be glad to hear of Bush's broken neck. Bush was responsible for that.

Considering all the innocent dead people scattered around the world due to Daddy Bush's decisions, one cannot but wonder if God will punish the man when he knocks at the pearly gates. What do you think?
